2. Content Accuracy

We make reasonable efforts to keep deal information accurate and up-to-date. However:

• Deals, terms, and eligibility requirements may change at any time at the provider's discretion.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any deal listed on the Service.
• You should always verify deal details, terms, and eligibility directly with the provider before applying.
• Promo codes may expire or become invalid without notice from the provider.
• Deal values are approximate and may vary based on your specific circumstances and the provider's current terms.

We are not responsible for any losses, damages, or missed opportunities resulting from reliance on information provided through the Service.

3. User Accounts

Creating an account on Claim Startup Grants is optional and free. If you create an account:

• The Service will meet your specific requirements.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CLEARVIEW GLOBAL LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Clearview Global LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users via email.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Delaware. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Clearview Global LLC regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

15. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Paid subscriptions to Claim Startup Grants are billed in advance on a recurring basis.

• You can cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal in your account. Cancellation stops future renewals; your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• We offer a 7-day refund on first-time subscriptions. If you request a refund within 7 days of your initial purchase, we will refund that payment in full.
• After the first 7 days, and for all renewal payments, payments are non-refundable. You will not be charged again once you cancel.

16. Affiliate Disclosure

Some links on this site are affiliate or referral links. We may earn a commission at no extra cost to you when you click through and sign up or make a purchase with a provider. This never affects which deals we list or how we rank them - our listings and rankings are based on value to startups, not on whether a link earns us a commission.

Product names, logos, and brands shown on the Service are trademarks of their respective owners. Their appearance on the Service is for identification and informational purposes only and does not imply endorsement.

All program details, terms, eligibility requirements, and offers belong to and are controlled by the respective providers, and may change at their discretion.
