Stripe Atlas participates in application-based startup programs that lower the cost of getting incorporated and operating in your earliest months. The value typically shows up in two areas: discounts on the one-time incorporation fee, and credits toward Stripe products for qualifying new companies. Incorporation discounts can cut a meaningful share off the standard setup cost, while product credits give early teams a budget to apply against fees on the Stripe tools they use as they start taking payments and managing billing.

Eligibility is geared toward genuinely new and early-stage startups rather than established businesses. Programs generally favor companies that are newly forming or recently formed, that meet a recent incorporation-date threshold, and that have not previously received the same benefit. Credits are usually time-boxed to roughly the first year after incorporation and capped at a set amount, and they apply to core Stripe products rather than every line item.

• Registered agent renewal: about $100/year after the first year, to maintain the required Delaware registered agent.
• State and tax obligations are separate and recurring - for example, the annual Delaware franchise tax and annual-report fees. Atlas can help you file and pay these, but the amounts are set by the state, not by Atlas.
