What 30% off would be worth. On a €39 register subscription it saves €11.70 and leaves €27.30. On the €0 starting price it saves nothing, and statutory fees, set by the registry and the newspaper that runs the announcement, are not the vendor's to discount. The "from €0" figure is the lowest entry point, so check the total at the end of the order.
